Conference 2024 – Early-bird deadline!

The early-bird deadline to register for the Ontario Genealogical Society’s Conference 2024, hosted by Toronto Branch, is January 31!

Conference 2024, titled “An Interactive Experience: Explore, Engage, Enjoy!”, is taking place in person in Toronto from June 14 to 16 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre near Pearson Airport, a fully accessible venue with lecture rooms, dining areas and vendor exhibits all under the same roof. A special event rate is available for Conference attendees wishing to stay at the hotel.

The Conference weekend is jam-packed with about 50 different sessions of varying lengths and formats. Marquee speakers Blaine Bettinger, Paul Milner, Chris Paton, Jonny Perl and Diahan Southard will share their expertise on DNA tools and techniques, the latest in English, Scottish and Irish genealogy, and more! Joining them is a fabulous team of 25 topnotch session speakers, presenting on diverse and fascinating topics. And there’s plenty to do even before the official Conference kickoff—hands-on workshops, offsite tours and a special mini-conference on Artificial Intelligence and Genealogy. For more on the 2024 speakers and program, visit the Conference website.

Be sure to sign up before the early-bird deadline to take advantage of significantly reduced prices for program and meals, on top of the society discounts you’ll enjoy if you’re an OGS member. Another great reason to register early is to reserve your spot in your sessions of choice. Some of the pre-Conference tours and in-depth workshops are already full! So don’t delay… register today.

We’ll see you in Toronto in June!
