Join us for a day with internationally renowned Blaine Bettinger, “The Genetic Genealogist”. This is an exciting opportunity for active genetic genealogists who are at the intermediate level. If you have already tested your Autosomal DNA, and want to enhance your understanding, then join us for this wonderful workshop. To fully benefit from this experience you should have already explored the tools of your testing company and have loaded your data on GEDmatch. Join Blaine to explore the intricacies of genetic analysis, and learn how to understand your genetic matches to further your family history and help break down those brick walls!

Blaine Bettinger, Ph.D., J.D., is an intellectual property attorney by day and a DNA specialist by night. In 2007 he started The Genetic Genealogist, one of the earliest blogs on the topic. Dr. Bettinger has been interviewed and quoted on personal genomics topics in Newsweek, New Scientist, Wired, and others. He is the author of The Family Tree Guide to DNA Testing and Genetic Genealogy, and co-author with Debbie Parker Wayne of the award-winning Genetic Genealogy in Practice, the world’s first genetic genealogy workbook.
