June 2020 meeting – online

Our next Toronto Branch meeting will be on Monday, June 22. It will begin a little later than usual—at 8:00 p.m.—in order to accommodate our members’ Annual General Meeting, which will get underway at 7:00 p.m. Both the AGM and the regular Branch meeting will be entirely online due to COVID-19 restrictions, and the Branch meeting will be open to all—but you must register in advance.

commemorative postage stampThis month, Carol Ufford and Dawn Kelly will be back by popular demand with more fascinating family history tales from New France—unusual deaths, illegitimate children, and of course a little witchcraft and murder. Learn about the resources they used to piece together details and flesh out the characters involved. You won’t want to miss Murder and Mayhem / Settlers and Sinners / Colonists and Criminals—More Thrilling Stories from New France

Click to register for the “More Thrilling Stories from New France” webinar on June 22 at 8:00 pm.

After registering, you’ll get an email message with a link to join the webinar. This link will be unique to your registration. Please sign in a little early if you can to say hello!

If you have already registered to attend the AGM, please note that you do need to register separately for the regular Branch meeting.

This will be our last Toronto Branch meeting before our annual summer break. Watch our Calendar for information about events coming up in the fall.
