January Meeting

Our first Toronto Branch meeting of 2016 will take place on Monday 25 January starting at 7:30 pm at the Burgundy Room, North York Memorial Hall, 5110 Yonge Street in Toronto (convenient access from the North York subway station).

We’ll begin our January meeting with some important Branch news and a short presentation by Mary Williamson titled My great-great grandfather was a huckster!

Jason RocksOur featured speaker at the January meeting will be Branch member Donna Di Lello, who’ll be demonstrating some inspired ways to show off our family history – from artistic charts to re-purposed heritage jewellery.

Indulge your creative side and join us for And Now for Something Completely Different: charts have their place, but…

During our mid-meeting break, you’ll have an opportunity to drop by our information tables to find out about our winter lineup of courses and other Branch activities and announcements, or catch up with other family history enthusiasts.

We will be live-streaming this meeting for those who are unable to attend in person. For instructions on how to connect to our live feed, visit our Live Meeting Stream page. We hope you’ll be able to join us – either in person or on-line.

To find out more about our January meeting, and what’s in store for future Branch meetings, please visit our Meetings page or browse through our Calendar.
